Note: Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceuticals, not all products are eligible for return. Medicines once opened or used are non-returnable.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original method of payment.
  • In case of prepaid orders, full refunds will be issued if the fault is ours (defective, expired, or wrong product).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Cancellation Policy
